We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of Sales Advisors who support our clients and referral partner throughout our quote process. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimising sales processes, building high-value partnerships, and delivering an excellent Eden experience.

We want you to drive the commercial success of the sales function by executing client-focused strategies, seizing opportunities, and delivering team and individual targets to maximise revenue and growth.

On any given day you could be doing many of the following:

Leadership

Manage, coach, motivate and mentor a team of Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed performance targets

Build, develop and retain a high-performing team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

Monitor calls and emails to improve quality, minimise errors and track team performance

Recruit and retain new team members to support company growth

Sales Operations & Performance

Manage sales forecasting, pipeline review, KPI monitoring and performance reporting

Ensure HubSpot is used effectively to track leads, activity and performance; oversee data quality and reporting.

Analyse sales metrics and conversion to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

Design and optimise sales processes, contact flows, scripts and messaging for different client segments to drive consistency and scalability across the team

Business Development & Partnerships

Identify, approach and secure new partnership opportunities to support business growth

Oversee the onboarding and relationship management of referral partners

Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align campaigns, lead generation and partnership activity

Champion the Eden Experience & Sales Excellence

Lead by example in delivering consultative, client-focused sales interactions with prospective client who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion

Handle and resolve complex client enquiries and ensure a high level of service throughout the sales journey

Use client feedback to enhances sales procedures, policies and standards

Deliver individual and team KPIs that provide excellent client service and satisfaction

Strategic Direction & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to refine and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability

Support wider business objectives through collaboration and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

Proven B2C and B2B sales management experience within financial, legal, property, utilities or other scale-up environments

Demonstrable experience building and leading high-performing teams

Strong understanding of HubSpot, sales analytics and reporting

Experience managing sales pipeline and delivering accurate forecasting

Confident in objection handling and creating messaging for different client segments

Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data driven decision making

Warm, personable communication and interpersonal skills

Thrives in a target-driven environment, fast paced environment

Base salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE (up to £10,000 - £12,500 OTE)

Hybrid working with 2 days per week at Head Office in Bristol

28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays on top)
