Job Summary As the leader in business and industry dining, Eurest feeds employees at the nation's largest and most prestigious companies across the United States. In this role, you will supervise food preparation and quality, manage inventory, and uphold safety and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in menu creation and recommend menu changes
Recommend and implement procedural and production changes
Ensure compliance with sanitation (Serve‑Safe) and safety requirements
Oversee culinary management of food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
Demonstrate proficiency in menu development, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory with a focus on sourcing local food products
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Culinary Degree required; Associate’s Degree preferred
3‑5 years of relevant culinary experience (high‑volume production and catering)
Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food‑cost controls, and presentation
Desire to work with an industry leader
