Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is looking for people who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, an upbeat, positive attitude, and actively seek out, greet and engage all guests in conversation. We are currently seeking a manager or lead stylist.
As a premier provider of family haircuts, Sharkey's Cuts for Kids brings fun, excitement and expertise to kid's haircuts. We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment by friendly and experienced staff members. We believe everyone should have an enjoyable experience where "Haircuts are Cool and Fun Rules!"
JOB DESCRIPTION Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Oversee daily salon operations including hiring and training of staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
Organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.
Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
Oversee and maintain cleanliness of salon.
Operating the Point-of-Sale software system.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.
Ability to work with kids.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum three years experience.
Leadership experience in a fast paced environment.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
