We will provide the right candidate with training, tools, and resources needed to succeed. We’re looking for an energetic, driven, and customer-focused individual to join our F45 Training Jefferson Team. The Membership Sales Manager plays a vital role in increasing membership sign-ups, guiding leads through the prospect journey, and engaging with them at all touchpoints in the sales funnel. You will also work closely with the Head Coach to help convert trialers to members. Responsibilities
Calling qualified leads, undertaking discovery of their needs/problems, and selling an F45 Training trial experience. Nurture and manage leads while transitioning them to full-time members, managing the trial process with multiple touchpoints, guiding each prospect through their trial journey, and following up. Develop trialer relationships by goal setting, regular contact, and personable service. Sign-in clients and introduce new members to coaches and the studio. Contact and follow up with all members and prospects. Communicate with the coaching team to facilitate each prospect's trial and partner with the head coach to address individual client needs. Provide stellar customer service to every prospect and trialer, conveying the TEAM TRAINING, LIFE CHANGING environment from the first contact. Be an enthusiastic advocate for F45 training and philosophy while delivering the ultimate F45 Training experience. Collaborate with and report to the Management team to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Experience & Skills
1+ years of fitness sales or 2+ years of customer service experience. F45 Training experience is a bonus; NASM/ACE/Canfitpro or other certifications are a plus but not required. Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment. A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry. Demonstrated experience managing leads within a sales funnel.
