Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Experience in fine dining or catering is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures. Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, particularly in a high-volume setting.
