Contract Duration: 12 Months+ contract to possible hire
PROJECT SUMMERY - This contractor will be supporting the legal remedies team by pulling media for loans that will support the litigation process of defaulted accounts. This person will need to be able to partner with a team that does similar work and the external law firms we do business with.
Required Skills & Experience
User level experience with Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail – being very accurate
Ability to combining documents with Adobe Pro or Adobe Reader
Ability to perform researching and analysis while following specific procedures
Understanding of Loan processing
Finance/ banking
Strong focus on paralegal experience, legal support
Banking operations
What You Will Be Doing
Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
Access various systems to gather media items, package up materials into a PDF, and send information to external law firms.
Assist with creating and completing reports in Microsoft Excel
Create and collect items from lists in E-Car
Assist with ad hoc legal remedy projects.
