OPC Specialist (Sales & Marketing Representative) Westgate Resorts is looking for outgoing and highly motivated OPC Specialists to engage vacationing guests, qualify families for our 90‑minute resort preview presentations, and help them save big on area attractions.

Pay Base pay: $14.00/hr. High earning potential : $500–$1,500+ per week plus daily cash.

Commission and additional incentives will be discussed upon scheduling.

What You’ll Do

Approach and engage guests to attend a 90-minute resort preview presentation.

Persuade and qualify families using incentives like attraction tickets, resort stays, and cash gifts.

Handle POS transactions accurately and balance cash and credit card sales daily.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.

Stay current on promotions and ticket pricing.

Travel opportunities to off‑site events, conventions, and high‑traffic venues.

Qualifications

High‑energy, confident personality who loves meeting people and closing deals.

Passion for sales, customer interaction, and competition.

Ability to work flexible schedules (days, nights, weekends, holidays).

Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors or indoors.

Strong communication and objection‑handling skills.

Previous OPC or sales experience is a plus but not required; we’ll train you.
