As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing make‑up application, skin‑care advice, or hair and fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.
While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; we are equally open to those looking to develop their skills in these areas.
Responsibilities
Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Deliver make‑up application, skin‑care advice, and fragrance and hair consultations.
Support in‑store events and visual merchandising to maintain high standards.
Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
Use retail point‑of‑sale software to complete transactions and maintain records.
Represent the company’s brand values and promote a luxury product experience.
Qualifications
Retail experience preferred; amateur or beginner level accepted if strong creative and technical skills are demonstrated.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software or willingness to learn.
Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Pay Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $21.60–$32.40 per hour. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education and budget. Salary may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program and the share incentive plan.
