Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and manufacturer standards Test‑drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify problems Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an automotive service technician (Ford dealership experience preferred) High school diploma or equivalent B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Solid computer skills and familiarity with diagnostic systems Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected characteristic under federal, state, or local laws.
