Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
- Assembling kits and preparing products for shipment.
- Verifying order details and product information.
- Using warehouse equipment and technology to manage inventory and orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station and fulfillment area.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Participating in inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize workflow.
- Reporting any issues with orders, inventory, or equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand order documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to comply with all safety standards and wear required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
