Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Use scanning equipment to track picked items and update inventory.
- Ensure picked items match order specifications for quantity and product type.
- Transport picked items to packing or staging areas.
- Report any discrepancies or stock issues to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packing and loading.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented and able to follow instructions effectively.
