Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to track inventory movement.
- Package picked items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Transport picked items to the packing and shipping stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Report any stock discrepancies or safety concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order forms.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and other inventory management tools.
- Capable of performing moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and commitment to wearing PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
