Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
• Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
• Label packages correctly with shipping details.
• Process outgoing shipments and prepare documentation.
• Replenish inventory stock in picking locations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Capacity for sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and logistics best practices.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using required PPE.
