Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing carriers.
- Receive incoming inventory and stock shelves efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to achieving daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Excellent time management skills.
