What You'll Do:

• Build and manage email drip campaigns and automations in Braze
• Execute A/B tests and optimize creative and copy for performance
• Conduct thorough QA checks for deliverability, tech setup, and audience targeting
• Help with weekly reporting via dashboards and performance tools
• Collaborate with Strategy, Ops, Brand & Creative teams to bring campaigns to life
• Use Figma to document updates and coordinate feedback via Slack

Task Breakdown:

• 60% Campaign Building
• 20% QA & Testing
• 20% Project Management

You Must Have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing tools
• Hands-on experience using Brazewhether through a year of regular use or by building and launching several real-world campaigns
• Expertise in end-to-end email campaign management and automation flows
• 1+ year of experience in project management in a marketing team
• Intermediate skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Excellent communication skills and a comfort level using Slack
• Availability to work during US business hours

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Iterable
• Familiarity with Tableau
• Basic HTML and API knowledge
• 1+ year of using Figma for project coordination (or willingness to learn!)
