Daily Responsibilities: Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers Review and analyze insurance policies to ensure proper coverage Prepare quotes and proposals for new and existing clients Required Skills: Property and Casualty Insurance license (required) Life and Health Insurance license (preferred) Experience in Personal Lines insurance Strong Agency Management skills Underwriting experience Knowledge of Employee Benefits Nice to Have Skills: Claims handling experience Client Services background Experience in Risk Management Account Management skills Finance or Auditing experience Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $40,000.00 Maximum Salary: $60,000.00 Health Insurance, 401(k), Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Paid Time Off Company Information: Matt Dill - State Farm is an insurance agency based in Waco, Texas, offering auto, home, renters, life, business, and other insurance products, as well as financial services such as investments.
