Spring Forward Physical Therapy is a boutique, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice with locations in Midtown East and the Financial District. We are excited to invite a passionate pelvic floor physical therapist to join our dynamic Pelvic Health Team at our brand new, state-of-the-art FiDi location at 55 Broadway.

About the Role: In this role, you will treat a combination of pelvic health and orthopedic patients as needed, offering the best of both specialties. Our approach is rooted in elite one-on-one care, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute follow-ups. We pride ourselves on delivering manual therapy-focused treatments and personalized plans of care, steering clear of a factory-style or machine-based care model.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a vibrant, personable physical therapist with: Excellent manual therapy skills – Herman & Wallace or APTA (WCS) certified Strong communication abilities and patient rapport A collaborative mindset and desire for continuous learning Confidence in networking with referring physicians and developing relationships NY State Physical Therapy license

An existing pelvic health caseload or referral network is a big plus — please be sure to mention this in your cover letter if applicable, as your application will be prioritized.

There is also opportunity for a leadership position/Clinic Director dependent upon experience.

Location: New York, NY (Financial District)

Salary: $90,000 per year and upward depending on experience
