Salesforce Developer Department: Aquiva Labs Employment Type: Full Time Location: European Union Description We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with experience in Product Development Outsourcing (PDO) and custom application development. This role requires a proactive and customer‑centric professional capable of working independently to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable adopting an AI‑first approach to development and utilizing advanced tools to enhance productivity and solution quality. At the moment, our hiring is focused on Poland, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, and Montenegro. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Application Development: Develop applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development for AppExchange and custom solutions for customer organizations. AI-Driven Development: Apply AI tools to improve development efficiency and solution effectiveness in the coding process. Code Quality Assurance: Maintain high‑quality code through unit testing, code coverage best practices, and collaboration with QA Engineers to address bugs efficiently. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and customer stakeholders to clarify user stories, align with business objectives, and deliver optimal solutions. Proactive Client Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their challenges and contribute to effective, tailored solutions. Customer‑Centric Approach: Be flexible with customer time zones and open to occasional travel for client collaboration. Technical Guidance: Provide best practices and technical insights to help customers make informed implementation decisions.
