Job Summary: The Production Coordinator will act as a conduit between Studio Resource Group, Innovation and Production Management, supporting internal and external workflows with Studio Departments. The Coordinator will stay current with technology and software trends and collaborate across Production, Innovation, and Development.
Responsibilities
Participate with Resource and Innovation Teams focusing on R&D, identifying and testing new software and workflows; document and share notes and reports.
Maintain an Innovation database in partnership with development for prospective animation partners.
Coordinate launches for Innovation/Post/Development teams on projects and R&D.
Prioritize initiatives and projects for the Innovation department.
Ensure required trackers are distributed to respective management teams.
Create AI rTable trackers specific to Innovation workflows (prospective and current projects).
Create confidential decks built in Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
Partner with Post AP and Studio Resource Production Coordinator on ancillary content requests via AI rTable and FTrack.
Create templates to standardize workflows.
Digitize archived materials.
Assist with event planning and crew activities as needed.
Perform all other applicable duties as assigned by TVA Leadership and per TVA policies and procedures, including shared projects across DBT teams.
Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Knowledge of 2D, Harmony, and CG animation experience in feature, television, or short series.
Ability to oversee multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of emerging production/media software and tools and experience developing innovative pipelines.
Positive attitude and flexibility.
Excellent organizational, verbal, written, e‑social skills and acumen.
Skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
AirTable.
Final Draft.
Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Adobe Creative Suite Firefly.
Knowledge of SAP and Concur.
Mac or PC proficiency.
Workflows in Ftrack, Shotgrid, Storyboard Pro, Syncsketch.
Experience with Unreal Engine, Blender, and other emerging technologies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Location
Fully on‑site position based in Glendale, CA.
Compensation The hiring range for this position in California is $52,700 to $72,300 per year. The base pay will be determined based on internal equity, geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with full medical, financial, and other benefits.
