HR Specialist & Office Manager
to join a global counter-drone technology company based in
Tysons, VA . The
HR Specialist & Office Manager
will support organizational growth by managing HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration for a fast-paced, mission-driven team focused on autonomous drone threat mitigation.
This position will be on-site in Tysons, VA five days per week! Responsibilities of the HR Specialist & Office Manager include: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, performance review support, and maintaining accurate HR records. Design and execute employee engagement and wellness programs to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor laws. Collaborate closely with the HR team in Israel to align global HR practices. Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to company leadership. Manage daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workspace. Handle office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management needs. Organize team-building activities, offsite events, and company-wide gatherings in partnership with leadership. Qualifications for the HR Specialist & Office Manager include: 2–4+ years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, office administration, or people operations; prior experience in a startup environment is a plus. Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration Skilled in both strategic HR planning and hands-on execution Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments Excellent communicator with a passion for people and workplace culture Comfortable multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration or related field. Compensation for the HR Specialist & Office Manager include: Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on
