Private Client Insurance Producer

How you'll make an impact About the Role:
As a Private Client Insurance Producer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and acquiring new business revenue through consultative sales to new and existing private clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive on building relationships, designing bespoke insurance programs, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
What You’ll Do:
Develop New Business:
Leverage your network of centers of influence, including bankers, wealth advisors, and attorneys, to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Design Tailored Solutions:
Create bespoke insurance programs with top-rated carriers, catering to the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.
Collaborate with Teams:
Partner with Client Service Managers and account management teams to onboard new clients, manage relationships, and support the renewal process.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and retaining them as long-term partners.
Team Sales Participation:
Work collaboratively with other producers and support personnel in team sales situations.
Leverage Technology:
Apply industry-leading technologies to enhance sales, service, and client engagement.
Business Planning:
Prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget to achieve your goals.

About You Required:
Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.
Preferred:
Professional designation may be preferred, including CAPI, CPRIA, CPCU.
Behaviors:
Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
