Summary of position- The Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping how Elevate Jet communicates with the market – through thoughtful content, consistent storytelling, and disciplined go-to-market execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role owns Elevate Jet’s content-led email marketing and organic social presence, while also leading integrated campaigns across the brand’s full offering, from on-demand booking and concierge private jet services to ownership solutions including advisory, aircraft management, and maintenance.

As Elevate Jet launches new digital capabilities, including the Elevate Jet app, the Marketing Manager plays a central role in driving awareness, engagement, and momentum through channels that build trust over time. This role partners closely with the Marketing Automation & Intelligence Manager to ensure content and campaigns are supported by strong lifecycle logic and data.

Email Marketing & Content

Own Elevate Jet’s email marketing strategy from a content and messaging perspective

Plan and create editorial calendars for newsletters, product updates, service launches, and brand storytelling

Partner with the Marketing Automation & Intelligence Manager to ensure email content is deployed through effective segmentation and lifecycle programs

Ensure all email content reflects Elevate Jet’s brand voice, service standards, and regulatory considerations

Organic Social Media

Lead Elevate Jet’s organic social strategy across priority platforms

Develop and execute content plans that build brand credibility, visibility, and engagement

Collaborate with creative partners and internal stakeholders to source and produce content

Monitor performance and refine content strategy based on engagement and audience response

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Elevate Jet’s services, including on-demand booking, concierge private jet services, and ownership solutions

Lead go-to-market planning and execution for key initiatives, including the Elevate Jet app

Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with internal teams and external partners

Brand & Messaging

Own Elevate Jet’s messaging framework across channels, ensuring clarity and consistency

Translate complex aviation services into compelling, accessible narratives

Support brand storytelling across website, email, social, paid media, and sales materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities

Support sales enablement efforts with campaign assets, messaging, and market insights

Work in close coordination with the Marketing Automation & Intelligence Manager to ensure campaigns are supported by data and lifecycle strategy

Performance & Optimization

Monitor performance across email and organic social channels

Use insights to refine messaging, content formats, and publishing cadenceContribute to reporting and recommendations shared with marketing leadership

Performs additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-

Strong experience in email marketing and content development

Proven ability to manage and grow organic social channels

Strong understanding of integrated marketing and go-to-market strategy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Creative thinker with attention to detail and follow-through

High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ownership

Education & Experience-

4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content-focused roles

Aviation or aerospace industry experience preferred, particularly within private aviation, travel, or high-consideration services

Schedule & Travel-

Standard business hours are expected for this role, however there may be times when nights or weekends may be required to meet business needs

Travel may be required up to 10%

FLSA Status – Full time, exempt

Lifting requirements – Up to 20 lbs
