As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the Contact Management (CRM) team supporting various organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds such as Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, licensing considerations, security architecture, and integration patterns.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
Ensure Salesforce system designs follow platform best practices, performance guidelines, and enterprise security/architecture standards.
Oversee and participate in hands‑on development, code reviews, and mentorship of junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in programming in a distributed computing environment or healthcare industry.
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce development.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
Proven experience leading Salesforce development efforts in complex environments, with strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
