Your role and responsibilities Accelalpha is a premier Business and IT consulting firm providing services to medium and large companies. We undertake initiatives in niche areas where talent and know-how is scarce, using a rigorous result-oriented approach toward solution development and deployment. Our breadth of consulting expertise includes Project Management, Business Process Re‑engineering, Solutions Architecture, Applications Implementation, Technology Development and Systems Administration. Accelalpha focuses on providing end‑to‑end enterprise solution implementation services.

We are currently seeking Oracle Program Manager/Project Managers for exciting cloud‑based projects. Factors for Success:

Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results

Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans

Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks

Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives

Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign‑off on status and requirements is an important part of the job

Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors

Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept

Conduct various reviews and sign/off workshops

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Minimum 10 years of Oracle applications experience

Minimum 5 years consulting experience

Manage business transformation projects in various industries which include business process changes and technology implementation over the entire lifecycle of a project.

Extensive experience leading programs and projects in the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in an Agile environment.

Experience in managing project in multi geographical locations.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing business priorities

Excellent time management, interpersonal, decision‑making and organization skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.

Ability to communicate technical info and ideas so others will understand.

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred, with 10 years of experience

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full‑time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job‑related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro‑rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
