As we expand our EdTech footprint, most notably through our award-winning AI-enabled literacy and content platform ClassMate, we’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to accelerate awareness, demand, and qualified pipeline growth across schools and districts.This role is well-suited for a strategic marketer who enjoys building and executing campaigns, creating educator-focused content, and collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will support multi-channel marketing efforts that increase visibility, generate leads, and encourage adoption of World Book’s digital products.You’re a metrics-driven B2B marketer who thrives on building full-funnel campaigns, partnering closely with Sales, and tailoring strategies for specific regions, districts, and buyer personas. You move seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on execution.**A successful candidate will have:*** 3+ years of B2B or EdTech marketing experience, ideally supporting sales teams serving K-12 schools or districts.* Experience with demand generation, email marketing, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and lead-nurture workflows.* Experience supporting targeted regional or local marketing initiatives.* Experience with CRM and marketing platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot.* Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging messaging for educators.* A collaborative, self-directed mindset with solid organizational and project management skills.* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. Previous experience supervising a small team is a plus.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate leads for ClassMate and other digital products.* Manage and support targeted email marketing, lead-nurture workflows, and digital marketing initiatives, including paid digital and SEO/SEM efforts.* Create compelling, educator-centered messaging and content for campaigns, landing pages, brochures, case studies, videos, and sales collateral.* Help communicate product features and instructional benefits clearly to educators and district decision-makers.* Assist in targeted regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Sales team.* Assist in tracking key marketing metrics and reporting on campaign results.* Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product updates.* Support additional marketing initiatives across the business, including campaigns for public libraries and school media centers, as well as marketing efforts to increase sales of print products through our online store.* Shape the marketing strategy for innovative digital learning products used by educators worldwide.* Drive measurable growth by influencing how World Book enters and expands within key states and districts.* Work in a collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.* Enjoy the stability of a long-standing brand paired with the excitement of a fast-evolving EdTech portfolio.Salary - $75,000 - $85,000World Book is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.Pay Range:60,000.00 - 90,000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
