Responsibilities:
Developer:
Execute email campaigns with customer segmentation, testing protocols, and technical execution.
Apply best practices in email development, compliance regulations, and accessibility.
Set up, test, and launch complex email campaigns with dynamic content, troubleshooting HTML, CSS, and performance issues.
Perform coding database tasks as required.
Modernize and evolve email design, build, and deployment processes.
Business:
Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
Proactively improve processes for greater efficiency.
Be detail-oriented and a self-starter.
Work well in a team and build relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues across business groups to resolve issues and develop solutions.
Share knowledge and help grow team skills.

The target compensation range is $54 to $60 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and location.
