with passion and professionalism at every interaction. Showcase cutting-edge gear
through hands-on demos that inspire customers. Drive sales
by connecting customers with the perfect Roland products. Build brand loyalty
by creating unforgettable in-store experiences. Train store associates
to become Roland advocates. Partner with store management
to hit goals and overcome challenges. Share insights
on product launches, promotions, and merchandising. Keep displays looking sharp
and aligned with Roland’s premium standards. What We’re Looking For
Experience:
2–3 years in sales, retail, or musical instruments. Music Background:
Musician, producer, DJ, or sound engineer with gear knowledge. People Skills:
Strong communication and ability to motivate others. Tech Ready:
Access to high-speed internet and smart device for reporting. Passion:
