With a competitive starting wage of

$70,000 with uncapped earnings potential , based on skills and experience, you'll enjoy a regular schedule with

YOUR IMPACT AS OUR SERVICE WRITER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP In this entry-level role, you ensure our customers have a seamless experience with our auto repair shop from start to finish. When customers call to make an appointment for their car, you take down the important information and schedule service for when techs and parts are available. You provide the customer with cost estimates for the work when requested and order parts as necessary.

When a customer arrives to drop off their car, you greet them warmly and get them checked in. Sometimes, the techs will spot opportunities for additional work to be performed. You relay this info to the customer and explain to them why they should go through with the service. When the techs are finished, you collect the payment and hand back the keys to the client.

You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and feel great about the contributions you make to the team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE WRITER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Experience with Techmetric shop management software required

High school diploma or equivalent

2-3 years of experience as a service advisor or related experience is preferred

While experience is certainly a plus, we're looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual for this entry-level position. Your ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers as well as work seamlessly with our team will be key to your success. An interest in cars would be a plus.
