Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect agricultural equipment to diagnose and determine what repairs are needed.
Perform basic/complex agricultural equipment repairs as requested.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Complete all electronic documentation for assigned work orders in detail.
Maintain current product knowledge of Case IH products.
Communicate with other service departments and their members.
Communicate with parts staff to order and receive correct parts.
Mentor and guide apprenticeship students.
