About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to support loan processing and documentation for a high-volume mortgage services team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth potential. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, timelines, and ensuring accurate loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process mortgage loan files for completeness and compliance

Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and properly filed

Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to obtain or clarify information

Update loan status and case information in internal systems

Track and manage deadlines to meet processing milestones

Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in mortgage processing, loan administration, or financial services

Strong typing and data entry skills (60+ WPM preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
