This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: optimizing performance, driving revenue, and finding creative ways to turn inventory into engagement.

What You’ll Own

Lead all aspects of Amazon channel management — from content, pricing, and advertising to fulfillment and performance optimization.

Drive traffic, conversion, and sell‑through across all e‑commerce touchpoints.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for marketplace success.

Manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central operations including A+ content, campaigns, inventory planning, and promotional programs.

Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize ROI and margin.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, creative, and finance to align inventory flow, marketing initiatives, and growth goals.

Leverage Amazon tools like Brand Analytics, DSP, and Vine to build awareness and boost rankings.

Identify opportunities to move aging inventory efficiently while protecting brand value.

Stay ahead of marketplace trends, competitor strategies, and Amazon algorithm changes.

Who You Are

6+ years of e‑commerce experience, with 3+ years in hands‑on Amazon management.

Proven track record of growing an Amazon business while maintaining profitability.

Expert in Amazon advertising, SEO, content optimization, and data analysis.

Strong grasp of e‑commerce operations, fulfillment, and channel strategy.

Highly analytical with a bias for action — comfortable using dashboards, reports, and KPIs to drive decisions.

Entrepreneurial mindset and a love for fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.

Excellent communicator who can influence partners and vendors alike.

Bonus Points

Experience in consumer goods, apparel, or lifestyle categories.

Familiarity with omni‑channel retail strategies and inventory management tools.
