Our Los Angeles team delivers high-end, Class A commercial tenant improvement projects across offices, creative workplaces, and studio environments. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent who wants to lead from the front and take pride in the work they put their name on.

What You’ll Do As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for the full on-site execution of fast-paced, high-finish TI projects.

Lead all field operations for Class A commercial tenant improvement projects

Plan and manage schedules, logistics, and daily work activities to meet aggressive deadlines

Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners

Maintain exceptional standards for safety, quality, and site organization

Manage subcontractor performance, inspections, and punch lists

Anticipate challenges in occupied or constrained environments and solve them proactively

Represent the company professionally with clients and building stakeholders

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced field leader who brings confidence, consistency, and craftsmanship to every project.

10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a commercial general contractor

Extensive background in Class A tenant improvement projects

Proven experience delivering offices, creative spaces, and studio environments

Strong understanding of MEP coordination and high-end interior finishes

Leadership style that earns trust from crews, clients, and project teams
