Account Manager - Landscape Maintenance

Location Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, lead and build an effective team.
Manage a portfolio with an understanding of P&L for targeted gross profit.
Identify opportunities for landscape improvements and promotion of enhancement sales.
Understand customer needs and expectations and manage a sustainable landscape plan.
Drive quality and efficiency within operations teams.
Manage crews within budgetary man‑hours.
Proficient in job costing, budget management and forecasting.
Estimate maintenance job costs for bid proposals.
Maintain high level of customer service while sustaining relationships.
Manage production schedule for assigned crews.
Provide a safe work environment and align with company safety policies.
Qualifications
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of operating equipment and preventative maintenance.
Strong oral, communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Minimum 3 years of customer service and management‑related experience.
Preferred: A degree in Agribusiness, Horticulture or Business Management.
