Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Marlton, NJ. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day tasks related to commercial real estate operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinating brokerage

Providing advisory support

Managing property portfolios

Analyzing market trends

Fostering strong client relationships

Collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with strategic real estate opportunities

Developing reports

Assisting with marketing efforts

Ensuring seamless execution of projects to achieve client and business goals

Qualifications

Knowledge of brokerage, real estate advisory, and property management processes.

Strong analytical, research, and market analysis skills to identify opportunities and trends.

Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and client interaction abilities.

Proficiency in real estate software and tools for reporting, presentation, and transaction management.

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in the commercial real estate sector is highly desirable.
