Day To Day
The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key partner in managing all facets of the Human Resources function, ensuring seamless support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role combines operational excellence with strategic insight to foster an inclusive, high‑performing workplace culture. Acting as a resource for both associates and leadership, the HR Generalist drives engagement initiatives, supports talent development, and ensures adherence to company standards and legal requirements. In the absence of the Human Resources Director, this position reports to the Human Resources Manager for departmental leadership and decision‑making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a Coordinator or Generalist capacity.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, and employee relations.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience in hospitality, service, or multi‑site environments is a plus (optional depending on your industry).
PHR, SHRM‑CP, or other HR certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain positive working relationships, and support a diverse workforce.
Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing needs and processes.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
