The Opportunity: We’re hiring a

Designer

to play a key role in bringing innovative products to life. In this position, you’ll support Product Development, R&D, and Engineering Change initiatives by creating accurate CAD models, detailed engineering drawings, and well-managed design data. You’ll work closely with engineers across departments, contribute to high-performance product designs, and help maintain the tools and processes that keep our engineering team operating at its best.

What You’ll Do:

Create, update, and process engineering change documentation (ECRs/ECNs)

Build and revise CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings in PTC Creo

Manage drawing revisions and design data in Windchill PLM

Provide CAD exports and drawing files to internal teams and external customers

Assist with design reviews, including DFMEAs for new product development

Create and update tolerance stacks to support manufacturability

Support procurement of prototypes and test fixtures

Produce models and drawings for supplier quotes

Perform basic FEA to support engineering analysis

What You Bring:

Associate degree in Mechanical Design (or equivalent experience), plus 3–5 years in a design or drafting role

Strong skills in 3D CAD modeling and drawing creation (PTC Creo preferred)

Experience with PLM/document management systems (Windchill preferred)

Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and ASME Y14.5-2018 standards

Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bonus:
