As a representative of LGC, you will provide clients with expert guidance, accurate quoting, and dependable support while helping them make informed insurance decisions. This is a
commission
sales role, with a strong emphasis on building trust, cross-selling, and creating a positive client experience.
Job Responsibilities
Guide leads and prospects in making informed decisions by providing helpful, accurate advice
Follow company sales and service procedures
Finalize quotes and hand off sold business to the Account Manager team
Understand and apply knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and rating systems
Develop new business by quoting in a timely manner, preparing proposals, completing required documentation, and binding with carriers
Achieve new business, cross-sell, and up-sell goals
Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
✅ Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
1+ years of experience in personal lines sales or service preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clients
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and timelines
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with strong initiative
Able to interpret policy documents, customer contracts, and other insurance forms
Comfortable with calculations related to quotes, commissions, and discounts
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$24/hour , depending on experience
Commissions earned
on new business and cross-sells
