About the Role As a Webflow Developer, you’ll create highly interactive, responsive digital experiences that extend our design systems into production. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX and motion designers to bring detail and performance to life, ensuring clean, scalable builds. While this is primarily a developer role, experience with front‑end design is a big plus.
Qualifications
3+ years of front‑end development experience, with strong Webflow expertise.
Advanced CMS and Logic skills, including reusable class structures and clean naming conventions.
Experience integrating third‑party services (analytics, forms, automation tools).
Familiarity with Figma and design systems.
Interest in AI‑assisted tools and workflows (e.g., various LLMs, Cursor, Flora) for faster iteration and prototyping.
High attention to detail; hold yourself to the highest standard of excellence in design.
