Hiring Admin for Dog Rescue (Volunteer/Unpaid)

Job Type: Part Time – Fully Remote
Role Mission This role is the first stage of processing new volunteer applications. The admin will review applications, screen those that do not meet our standards, send scheduling links, and oversee the pipeline through the interview stage.
Key Results Areas
Screening
– Daily check‑in on new applications, monitor applicant volumes, screen out non‑qualifying applicants.
Scheduling
– Respond to general inquiries via email, send scheduling links.
Application Pipeline
– Move applicants through the pipeline using our software systems.
Desired Skills
Self‑starter, eager to learn various software.
Detail oriented, able to track multiple candidates and stages.
Strong communicator, proactive in asking questions.
Creative problem‑solver, willing to improve processes.
Passion for dogs.
Company Overview Mission : To save pregnant dogs and puppies from high‑kill shelters in the Southern United States and transport them to the Pacific Northwest for adoptive homes.
