What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure accurate and timely billing processes across Midwest regions
Resolve billing exceptions, Medicaid eligibility issues, and authorization discrepancies
Collaborate with Billing, AEB, and Operations teams to identify and resolve claim submission issues
Track and document Medicaid ineligibility and unbillable claims
Attend weekly aging meetings for updates and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in billing, Medicaid, or healthcare operations
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with DCI, TMHP, and data reporting tools
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience in healthcare operations or similar billing processes
