HR Generalist
Office-based | Multi-entity environment
We’re seeking an HR Generalist to play a visible, hands‑on role supporting employees and leaders across multiple entities. This position partners closely with the HR Director and Shared Services and contributes across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits support, and HR operations. Scope and ownership may expand based on experience and demonstrated capability.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers
Support employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations, and follow‑up actions
Partner on recruiting efforts, onboarding, and new‑hire orientation
Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance requirements
Provide guidance on benefits, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes
Collaborate with payroll, safety, and training partners
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and multi‑entity integration efforts
What We’re Looking For
Progressive HR experience in a multi‑site, multi‑entity, or fast‑paced environment
Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities across locations and teams
HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience level and compensation commensurate with background and scope
