Midtown Manhattan (3 days in-office / 2 days WFH)
About the Opportunity: Upward On is seeking an Executive Recruiter to work closely with a Senior Executive Recruiter on retained and contingent searches within real estate and adjacent industries. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, professional, and motivated to build a long-term career in executive search. You will not be expected to do any business development. You will have a full pipeline of potential placements; it is up to you and sky is the limit! We are looking for someone who is professional, polished, and hardworking, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Integrity is non-negotiable—you do the right thing, even when it’s hard, and you don’t cut corners with the truth. That level of honesty is foundational to our business, and we expect it in everything we do.
Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates
Conduct candidate vetting and professional interviews
Prepare and present candidates to the Senior Executive Recruiter
Create polished candidate submissions and presentation materials
Maintain detailed notes, records, and candidate trackingWork collaboratively throughout the full search lifecycle
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong grammar, punctuation, and clarity required)
Tech‑savvy; familiarity with ATS systems preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
Highly discreet, professional, and respectful
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable interviewing candidates at a professional level
Collaborative, reliable, and process‑oriented
Plus
Background in Property Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Development, or Construction

Full commission (to start) | $100K+ first-year earning potential
