Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative
Business Analyst
with a strong understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts and data integration processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications to support data-driven initiatives. Experience in the banking domain and proficiency in SQL are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and data requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
Support the design and validation of data solutions aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and solution design.
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and validating outcomes against business expectations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in processes and documentation practices.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of
Data Warehousing concepts
and
data integration
methodologies.
Proficiency in
SQL
for data querying and analysis (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills , with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in
business requirements gathering , process mapping, and documentation.
Familiarity with
banking domain processes
or financial services (advantageous).
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments is a plus.
Requirements Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior experience in data-focused or BI/Analytics projects.
Knowledge of data visualization tools or reporting platforms (optional).
