Position Summary The Leasing Specialist is responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions.

Essential Functions

Process lease application, prepare lease documents and follow‑up on lease quotes for assigned regions.

Assist with lease applications in other regions as needed.

Coordinate shipment of all machines.

Assist in handling post‑closing lease issues and any issues related to lease funding.

Follow‑up on all sales agreements in assigned territory to confirm customer’s financing arrangement.

Monthly review of dealer lease activity to ensure annual goals are on target.

Monthly follow‑up with dealer salesmen to increase lease volume.

Contact lenders; deal questions, explanations, additional information.

Follow‑up with previous lease customers to source additional business.

Assist in developing a direct end‑user marketing strategy.

Qualifications

Four Year business degree, accounting degree a plus.

5 years accounting or customer service experience, banking / loan officer experience a plus.

Excel knowledge and experience required.

Salesforce or SAP background a plus.

Skills & Abilities

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Ability to multitask.

Adaptability to changing priorities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self‑starter and self‑reliant.

Excellent problem‑solving skills.
