NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Business Development Consultant to join our HealthCare Staffing Services team. Our Clients and Prospects are in the HealthCare space. Our solution includes temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct-hire, executive search and managed services.
Responsibilities
Generating new logo sales for staffing solutions
Managing customer relations to include expansions/extensions
Presentations to customers including PowerPoint
Represent NTT Data at industry conferences
Contract negotiations
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of previous Staff Augmentation Sales experience
Previous experience preparing and presenting power points to customers/prospects to include “C” level. Preferences: Optional (nice-to-have’s)
Minimum 5 years of previous HealthCare experience
Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our clients/prospects.
Previous experience with SFDC helpful.
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday. Travel Required

Salary & Benefits Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $91,000 - $215,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, lifeand AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
