Description
We are seeking a customer-focused RV Service Advisor to manage service appointments, customer communication, and support both in-shop and on-site (road) technicians. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident communicating with customers, and comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts.
RV or dealership experience is preferred, but candidates with automotive service advising, dispatch, or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers in person, by phone, and email
Write clear, accurate repair orders and customer concerns
Schedule service appointments for both shop and on-site/road technicians
Coordinate daily workload and routing for on-site technicians
Communicate repair status, estimates, approvals, and recommendations to customers
Handle customer questions and concerns during on-site service calls
Work closely with technicians, parts, and warranty teams to keep jobs moving
Upsell recommended maintenance and repairs when appropriate
Close repair orders and ensure proper documentation and billing
Requirements
Previous service advisor, dispatch, or dealership experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing on-site service schedules and technician coordination
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Basic computer skills (email, DMS, etc)
Service Advisor pay is a weekly salary plus monthly commission along with, great benefits, which include, medical, vision, and dental insurance, a company sponsored 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
