As a Business Development Executive, you’ll drive growth by partnering with organizations that value quality, expertise, and strategic workforce planning. This is not a volume-based sales role — it’s a

consultative, relationship-driven position

where credibility and insight matter.

What You’ll Do

Partner with mid-market and enterprise clients to understand

complex workforce needs

and long-term hiring goals

Expand and deepen relationships by positioning

IT, Engineering, Healthcare (Non-Clinical), and Professional staffing solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities

aligned with client strategy, not just open reqs

Act as a

trusted advisor , forecasting hiring needs and recommending tailored talent strategies

Build and execute a focused territory plan with

predictable forecasting and measurable results

Drive revenue through smart prospecting, pipeline development, and strategic deal-closing

Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality, hard-to-find talent

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor positioning, and evolving client demands

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, hiring leaders, and talent communities

Travel as needed for client meetings and key business events

Who You Are

Experienced:

2+ years in business development, sales, or recruiting within a staffing or consulting environment

Consultative Seller:

Comfortable selling value, not just rates

Results-Driven:

Proven track record of closing new business and growing accounts

You build trust quickly and maintain long-term partnerships
