What will you do?
Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place products on the floor.
Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need.
Front‑face products to ensure shelves look their best.
Receive marketing and promotional materials, bring them to the store.
Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions.
Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions using Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
How will you succeed?
Own your store(s) and become the face of Premium for Walmart.
Work independently while being part of the Walmart family.
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
Leverage support and share best practices through social media groups and communication channels.
Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with challenges.
Complete work within the provided timeframe.
Follow detailed instructions to avoid rework.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Report your work the same day you complete it.
Tools you need
Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
A smartphone with data and internet to report and upload photos.
