Overview
Graphic and Motion Designer job at Acro Talent Solutions. Florida. We’re seeking a proactive, heart-centred, and highly skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to own the creation of high-converting digital assets and best-in-class POS materials, including packaging for a performance and longevity brand. You will design graphics, product videos and animations, brochures, and catalogues. You will also produce compliant, print-ready product labels and photoreal 3D product renders. Responsibilities
Design static and animated assets for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Amazon, and email. Collaborate with our tech and development team in creating website graphics and banner. Edit and produce short video ads, reels, and motion graphics. Create simple explainers, ingredient spotlights, and kinetic typography. Cut to platform specs with hooks, captions, and safe-area layouts. Design on-brand brochures, catalogues, pitch decks, in-store banners, wobblers, shelf talkers, and digital posters. Develop and update print-ready product labels that comply with both Australian and US requirements (regulatory guidance and templates will be provided). Maintain version control across sizes, flavours, and markets. Coordinate pre-press and proofs. Create photoreal hero renders, lifestyle comps, and animation loops for tins, tubs, pouches, and sachets. Maintain a brand system, file naming conventions, and an asset library. Hours and Pay
Part-time or Full-time following Australia timezone 20 hrs/week initially ($700 - $800 USD a month) 40 hrs/week ($1400 USD a month) Skills and Tools
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc. Canva Pro for rapid templating and collaboration (we can share access to our subscription) 3D package of your choice. Motion design for performance ads with sharp pacing and text hierarchy. Good to Have but Not Required
Social media scheduling and community support for IG, FB, TikTok. Basic media buying or creative testing know-how for Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central assets, and GA4 creative analysis. Packaging production experience with dielines, spot colours, overprint, ink limits, colour management etc. Core Values
