Our Client

is seeking a highly skilled

Employment Associate

with a minimum of

four years of employment law experience

to join their dynamic California and national employment law practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated employment matters within a respected firm known for its strong client service culture.

Job description: The ideal candidate will have substantial

employment litigation experience

and a deep understanding of

federal and California employment laws and regulations . Experience handling

class action and PAGA

matters is preferred but not required. The role will focus primarily on

employment litigation , including both complex class and representative actions as well as single-plaintiff cases.

Our Client is especially interested in attorneys coming from

large, established defense firms

or

boutique firms

managing sophisticated employment defense work.

Qualifications:

Minimum

four years of experience

in employment litigation

Strong command of

federal and California employment laws

Class action and PAGA

experience preferred

Excellent

legal research, writing, and analytical

skills

Strong

communication and collaboration

abilities

Must be a

member or pending member of the California State Bar

Annual salary range:

$255,000 – $330,000 (based on experience, education, and other job-related factors)
